VAT Changes

We wanted to share an important update about our pricing. A couple of months ago, we made a small increase to our prices to help cover rising costs of running the business. However, due to the natural growth in bookings and your continued support, we’ve now reached the point where we are legally required to charge VAT.

We understand that adding an additional 20% on top of recent price changes wouldn’t feel fair to you, and maintaining a good relationship with you is really important to us. Therefore, we’re reducing our prices back to what they were before the recent adjustment, and from there, we will add the VAT. By doing this, we’re absorbing a larger portion of the cost ourselves to make the increase as small as we can for you.

This is effective from the 1st of November for all new and existing bookings.

We really appreciate your loyalty and understanding as we comply with these requirements. Our top priority remains providing the best for all the dogs in our care.
