Can I arrange a taster day?
Absolutely! It is just as important to us that your dog is comfortable, familiar and settled before they stay with us. We would encourage you book a taster day where you can both meet us and ask any questions. Your dog is welcome to spend a full day with us at the farm prior to any booking.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
We provide regular updates on your dogs stay. We can send you personal photos and videos of your pet via Whatsapp and with your permission will also post daily on our social media.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
We request all our guests bring enough food to cover their entire stay with us. A regular diet is important and maintaining your dogs normal feed is the best option. A dedicated fridge and freezer is available to store any medicines or raw meat.
Do I need to provide anything?
1. Enough food for the duration of your dogs stay.
2. Their bed, blanket or crate to provide that home comfort.
3. Any toy or teddy that they like.
4. Up to date vaccination card.
5. Up to date flea/worm programme
What are the drop-off and collection times?
We have 2 morning drop-off times and 2 afternoon drop-off times. The same for collection
